Pushing everyday life and the flood of thoughts aside is easy with “My Mindful Time” on Land Gut Höhne, an arrangement that consists of at least three to seven overnight stays. Through simple rituals and through mindfulness you will find more serenity and calm that will have a lasting effect in everyday life.
Before you arrive, you have already set the times for your accompanying appointments and for Yurashi with your mindfulness coach. At the agreed time, we will show and explain the locations and the possible uses of our wide range of offers. From now on you can enjoy the amenities of the Neandertal Therme. Let yourself be e.g. for inspiration through the rooms of the senses or take part in our mindfulness course offer (by appointment).
Every evening the dinner buffet with live cooking or, depending on the offer, a 3-course menu awaits you. In one evening, let the day end with a ritual on the fire bowl (or by the fireplace, depending on the weather, only on friday and saturday).
In you mindful time, your personal mindfulness coach helps you to revive the connection to your own creativity and intuition. Look forward to your personal journey to yourself.
