We get the inner flow of energy going with calm and at the same time activating movements from Yin, mindfulness, Yang and Vinyasa yoga. In keeping with spring and guided by yoga teachers, each participant finds their way back into their own strength in the different course units. Sunday, April 28, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Letting go and cleansing. With Yin Yoga you can achieve more peace and balance, relaxation, clarity and concentration. Guided by Katja Friedrich, yoga teacher and holistic health advisor. Contents of the 90-minute course: Introductory explanations of the basic principles of Yin Yoga, introduction to practical tools for daily stress management, including breathing and meditation techniques.

Sunday, May 5th, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Relax and open up. Gentle Yin Flow for the Heart Chakra. Guided by yoga teacher Ada Aycan Bugday. It combines Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Accompanied by deeper breathing, this practice promotes relaxation and well-being while releasing blockages. Immerse yourself and experience the beneficial effects of flow for body and mind in the 90-minute course.

Sunday (Mother’s Day), May 12, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Grounding and trust. Grounded by a gentle Vinyasa yoga flow, movement and breathing guide us back to basic trust. Guided by yoga teacher Valeria Leifkes. Content of the 90-minute course: A gentle Vinyasa flow, combined with meditation and breathing techniques, is designed to cleanse the root chakra. Connected in this way with Mother Earth, the inner energies of body, mind and soul begin to flow in a relaxed manner.

Sunday, May 19, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Stability and balance. This yoga unit is about the unity of Yin and Yang. Yang stands for movement, Yin for stillness. Yoga teacher and holistic health advisor Katja Friedrich combines slow, sometimes more powerful movements, which are carried out in conjunction with breathing, with positions that are held for several minutes in order to reach the deep connective tissue. In this way, we gently strengthen the muscles and at the same time release stuck fascia and tension.

Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Cleaning and regeneration. This yoga unit is about balanced activation and regeneration through clarifying and harmoniously coordinated elements of Yin and Yang energetic yoga exercises, guided by yoga teacher Melanie Grzebellus. The final relaxation is accompanied by soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls. A unique experience of relaxation and renewal.

Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Discover the sun in you. An original Hatha training unit from the oldest yoga tradition in India. With the two yoga masters, Yogi Meghnath and Yogini
Parvatinath, immerse yourself in the centuries-old wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, combined with modern approaches and practical applications. An opportunity to benefit from the rich experiences of two masters and deepen your own understanding of body, mind and soul.

Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Balance and suppleness, a relaxing treat for body and mind, guided by yoga teacher Ute Sondermann. She harmonizes Yin yoga with fascia yoga, activates the fascia through stretching, springing and swinging movements, lingers in Yin positions to address the deeper connective tissue and thereby balances the body’s feeling for sustainably smooth movements.

Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.: Introduction to sun salutation. Yoga teacher Jule Poensgen gently guides participants through the flowing sun salutation exercises. Warm-up exercises, gentle stretches, strengthening and mobilization allow the body to get to know backbends, forward bends and stretches. Combined with the breath, everything becomes an activating blessing.

No previous knowledge is required for the units mentioned; they are equally suitable for beginners and experienced users. Individual physical limitations are taken into account. In the mindfulness courses at Land Gut Höhne, the original methods from yoga and Qi Gong create a beneficial and sustainable balance to stressful everyday life. Imparted by the mindfulness coaches, the pleasant effect is immediately noticeable and can also be maintained at home through repetition.
